Fuel Economy numbers look a little low?

I see a 5 speed everyday!

Yeah. Those SS 5 speeds can seem rare when you're looking for one. I was looking to test drive a new SS in 09. Couldn't find a manual trans. anywhere locally to try out. Just took a gamble and ordered a 2010 to be built. I'm very pleased I went with the manual.

I miss my 2008 5 spd at least a couple times a day

But i get over it on the 2-4 hours of driving 5-6 days a week .

My 2010 auto would spank the 2008 from 0 - 60 , After that , ????? It would be close , As the auto seems to be able to utilize 1st gear , where the stick was useless. Both with the so called Stage 1. I enjoy the auto more than the stick, overall.
