Oil Day

Today it's time to get out and get under, changed oil and filters in all three of my rides today. Started with my 2006 Corvette, then my 2003 SSR, and last my 2011 HHR . Thank God I have a lift it makes the job a lot more fun than jacking up & placeing jack stands every time. The only hard part is going to Wal-Mart for oil & filters ($117.28) altogether.

V8 in car

I mounted the LS1 in with it's motor mounts for the first time this week-end. Of course the engine is too far forward and too low so I will have to cut it out and re-do the mounts next weekend again. Once again I'm really this is just a mule and not the finish car.
I took tons of pictures but I chose to post only one of them. My build thread had been banished to the "exterior-mods" section and the pms' that I have sent to the administrators have gone unanswered.

Nothing as interesting as dropping in a V8 over here. Just a simple Cobalt SS/TC spring swap for me.

Gosh, you weren't banished by any means, please don't think that.

Your thread is now back in the General section where it started, please PM me, whopper, or goetylsd with any concerns or questions and we'll get back to you the same day.
