She's at the muffler shop inspecting for damage caused by a rock I hit last weekend. The rock somehow lodged itself in my exhaust system and completely tweaked everything from about mid-car back. While she's there I'm having a new tip installed too to freshen things up.
That thing is SICK

Thanks! The guys at the muffler shop were drooling all over it when I picked it up. One of the guys kept going on and on about it. I have to say that I'm completely satisfied with her!

chefhhr- Digging the new rims, are those made or called "Drifter"or what brand are they ?

Nothing too special today on mine, did install some GM Molded splash-guards, imo look good with my running boards..

They are made by Enkei. I looked at every wheel option available for our wagons...unfortunately there's not a lot options with our bolt pattern...at least in the style rim I was looking for. I went these enkei ev5 in bronze...I think I made the right choice!

Sleeper I just took my flaps off and had to repaint underneath them the are the factory ones installed at the dealer when new, you might want to ensure they don't rub your paint off!! so we pretty much did the same thing today!! It was nice here 39 degrees, and just a little windy!!

chefhhr- Nice choice, I like the 5 spoke look.. Sharper look than the web wheels DR-19 IIRC you had..

Oldblue- Thanks for the warning about possibly rubbingthe paint off.. I didn't really press them up hard to the body, but I suppose time will tell..

Yep sounds like we did about same things..

Paddy joined the 80,000 mile club yesterday morning on the way to the Autozone.

Sitting at the light to turn left from Dale Earnhardt Blvd onto Highway 29, the second longest traffic light in Carolina. Blink, blink, blink, yawn, blink, blink, etc.

At last the light changes, and here comes 80,000 on the clock!

Just listen to that L-61 growl as the revs build, next stop 90,000 miles.

And yes I did fill up with gas on the way home, 12.67 gallons of Shell V-Power as a treat for the 'ol critter.
