Congrats!

I stopped at the Autozone and picked up a new pair of headlight bulbs for the '06, and a case of Mobil 1 oil, exciting huh?

I filled up with pure gas today. As long as I can get it for $3 a gallon of less, that's what I'm gonna use.

The only pure gas I've found around here is 87 and 88 octane. Wish I could find some pure Premium to run in my SS.

The '06 got a new pair of headlight bulbs, then it and Paddy got washed, waxed, and detailed.

The 2011 will get driving duties for a while, it's also in need of a wash, but our pre-Christmas forecast is for rain. Lot's of rain actually, Monday, Tuesday, and Christmas Eve. Hope Santa has rain gear for Rudolph and the gang, or at least I hope he treats Rudolph's nose with Rain-X.

Speaking of Rain-X , back in Oct my wife picked up a set of their wiper blades 18 inch like the stand book says in Walmart, she even installed them herself. Well now just 2 months old and both streak very badly.
I instructed her to clean them with a little Rain-X and they streak even worse, so now we're back to the good old Trico's, that thankfully she did not toss in the trash, they are 2 years old and with a clean up and Rain-x wipe , clean the windshield streak free!

I had the exact same experience with Rain-X wipers. Wouldn't have another set if they were installed FREE. I use Bosch Icon's and am well satisfied.

Wow, I had rainx recommended to me by a friend so I bought a set for my Silverado. Best wipers I ever had if somewhat expensive.
