GM, Ford, Chrysler had billions of dollars of machines set in English. The machinists would not convert blueprints from metric to English. Their supervisor had to do it. Can you imagine if that was US wide?

So in the middle of converting to metric - and all of our blue prints were in metric by then - and all of a sudden changing to the metric system was canceled. Don't you think Industry had something to do with it?

Watched one burble out of the condo complex as Michelle and Dusty headed to the Food Lion in the '06.

Then I found my friend Mr. Couch again, I've either got a massive headcold, or the oak tree pollen is doing its annual number on me, either way...I feel like crud.

OK, to be honest, if I felt like crud...that would be an improvement.

P.S. Medicated Puffs only forestall having a sore red nose, they don't prevent you from looking like Rudolph after going on a bender.

Taking a cruise along Lake Huron towards the Mighty Mackinaw Bridge. Trip of about 60 miles. Friday the wind was gusting to 45 mph at Mackinac City. They shut down the bridge when it reaches 55 mph. We have been caught up there overnight on occasion. The lake is fairly calm and beautiful today.

Tomorrow adding a resonator to the Blue Beast, sounds good outside but I can't stand the ****pit drone and it kills the radio sound. Plus you can't open the sunroof as the drone sound comes in the opening. I just hope a resonator does the job. The car has a straight through 3 inch exhaust now.

A spiffy Bit-O-Bling there Oldblue, now just a quick coat of High-Temp Black BBQ paint to make your muffler vanish and it'll really pop.
