I did a couple eye candy upgrades. I put a set of eyebrows and changed the bowtie to a red and black one, I prefer the red and black much more to the gold The eyebrows I made from vinyl, from vinyl lettering, simple and real cheap!

I heard Sprite is good for removing them, it helps to soften them when they're dry.

Some inconveniences are worth the reward though!

Tried to replace the stock non USB radio with a one with the port of the front.
Had the roughly 4 year old battery go almost stone dead on me. Put it on charge for a while and that didnt work so ended up using jumper cables. Back at the radio install tomorrow.

Dw Red 2LT Hhr 118,100 miles.

Peace and quiet today! I will have to call about my new last October , Moog upper bearing plates on the front struts they are stuck and the springs are creaking when I turn to either direction, I may have to change them later in the week.

Taz I tried Sprite and several other tricks over the years, good old hot water seems to work best, I'm just moving rather slowly these days! Digging the black and red bowtie , very cool!

Reclaimed the keys to my '06 "The Daily Driver" and navigated my way here to the Doctor's office, parked out in Outer Lower Siberia to avoid door dings, thought I was feeling "much better".

But it seems like I'm still sick, after about 150' of walking across the lot, "much better" turned into "oh boy, should have parked closer" and by the time I plodded into the waiting room I'd reached "shoot me now".

Then the nurse hit me with "the Dr. is running about an hour behind today, so take a seat and get comfortable", gotta find a new Doc.

P.S. Try Meguiar's Quik Detailer on the bug splats Oldblue, it works like a charm, Griot's Garage also has a quick detailing spray that works great too.

Keep us in the loop when you get your results LawDog88, we're pullin' for ya buddy.

Well after 2 1/2 hours at the Doctor's office, it seems that my X-Rays show the antibiotics winning the battle over the infection, so my condition has improved to "Mostly Not Dead".

Off work until next Monday at least, and grounded until the Flight Surgeon OK's my return to the flight deck, but my son is thrilled. More time to watch Thomss the Tank Engine with Daddy.

And after pouting, plus making myself look "a right fool", according to my wife. She relented and let me drive the two miles home...yay!

As Oldblue can well agree with, not being able to drive will drive you up a wall.
