The part number for the rear springs from Moog is CC81065 which is the replacement for the CobaltSS rear coil springs. Gas jumped overnight .12 cents a gallon to $3.17.
Forgot to mention that I paid $29 for springs and $10.99 for shipping from CARID.

Well, About 4 years ago I attempted to make a roll pan and smoothed bumper for my HHR. I made descent progress, but never finished that project. A few months back I decided to attempt this again, but ended with similar results.

A couple weeks ago, I contacted PTeazer to see if they could make me a front and rear bumper. I've heard some negative reviews about them in the past, but after going over a few things with them, I felt comfortable enough to proceed.

I don't like having anything "custom" on my HHR that anyone else has, so I got them to make the front bumper without fog light holes, and the roll pan with no exhaust cutouts. Of course I will be further modifying these to my liking once they arrive.

They sent me some progress pics a few days ago, and should be complete and shipped Monday. Can't wait to get these installed and see how it looks

Figured I'll show off another project I'm workin on. Tryin to make these wheels fit under there. Installing a narrowed rear axle to tuck the wheels inside the fender wells. Should have everything welded in this weekend, just waiting on tires to be delivered. In case you're wondering about wheel specs, they're 20x10 with -25mm offset, 3-piece billets with 6" lips

That's going to look super cool lunchbox!

Not much of a did to, but more of a did with, Paddy ventured out of the garage and over to the bakery to retrieve his Birthday cake.

Photos to come later today, it's going to be dessert after some salmon gets grilled for supper.

Nah, those are my new reading glasses, Michelle picked out the "retro" late 60's style frames...so I look like a cross between Radar O'Reilly and John Lennon after a rough weekend.

The Flight Surgeon says I'm suffering from a textbook case of "Middle Aged Eyes", or "Arms Too Short, Type Too Tiny Syndrome".

But my last flight physical was perfect, apparently I've still got the running gear of a "Twenty Something", in an old wrinkled wrapper.
