Thought about tomorrows doctor's appointment, then thought about all the road salt and sand dumped during the snowstorm.

Aw nuts.

Prepared to Crank Sir!!

Fired up Paddy to take Michelle to the doctor's office and back, managed to dodge almost all of the salt water puddles here and there, so with the exception of a fine layer of "ick" behind the rear wheels...he's still clean.

I'll attend to the road salt traces shortly, compared to the other colors, it just doesn't show on Silverstone Metallic.

P.S. Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ Ultra High Performance tires really stink on ice, I took an untreated back street and even with the Traction Control doing all it could, Paddy could just make 10mph and he was really trying to find the ditch!

NC is still pretty much closed up, the schools are still out, and the back roads and side streets are scary. 36 straight hours of ice, sleet, snow, ice, sleet, snow, etc...Kept the Tarheel State "Hunkered in The Bunker".

Maybe our Governor should have put the signs up at the State Line on Friday, you know, "Sorry Folks, North Carolina's Closed, The Moose Out Front Shoulda Told You".

Thanks for the PM papa jo, I didn't mean to come off as saying the Uniroyal's were bad tire, and I know y'all work building Michelin tires at the plant down there in SC.

I love the Tiger Paw GTZ's when they're used on dry or wet pavement like they were designed for, but "Push the Envelope" like I did and umm..play with 'em on ice. And zowie but they'll give you white knuckles on the steering wheel!
