A run to Hamilton with Sweetie for her weekly checkup!!

 

Lost another DLC/turn signal bulb only a week after replacement. Gonna pop a new one in and start turning off my auto headlights. I think they're getting way too hot, and the weather isn't helping.

 

WOW I am surprised your bulbs are going out so quick.... As far as I know I still have the original ones in my turn signal!!!! I have a 2006 with the turn signal DRL that I frankly think look better that the newer years with the regular DRLs

 

I just went back in myself (the last bulb was replaced by the oil change tech). The bulb was white, with a blown out section just about the size and shape of a fingerprint. Hmm.

While I'm planning to turn off my DRLs anyway, I'm hoping this was just the result of a sloppy tech, and another good reason to push through the pain and do this sort of thing myself... at least until I'm completely physically unable to.

We got the results back from Sweetie's tests, the CMV is gone!!
All other blood levels are normal!!!
