I spotted this kit conversion in the old inter webs, anybody know what it was?

That almost looks like one of those VW kit conversions.

Made an appointment to get the HHR into the shop next week... Inspection first, but will need a bunch of stuff done to it this spring/summer.

 

It’s a 1985 GMC S15 extended cab cut down for the fibre glass hood and fenders.

This is fun, on the way home from eye doctors, clipped a pothole, and now I have a shake in the right front , possible damage to the tie rod end or ball joint. I’ll have a look tomorrow.

 

Might be a bent wheel or mud stuck to the wheel.

 

You’ve seen my HHR, no mud on it , I did look at the rim, doesn’t look bent, but it’ll have to wait.

 

It does have the Gen 1 S-15 Body line thru the door, same as Gen 1 S-10.



Cool conversion. But agree with Greybeard: "not in green"....
