Up here we call them hockey pucks, tires gone hard and diminishing traction due to age.

Yesterday, a trip to have eye surgery on my right eye, to address pressure from glaucoma.
Next Thursday, the left eye will be done.
Today a meet up and coffee with the_shmoo!

Got a screen door for the house today, brand new in box at a ReStore about 45 miles from home. The box is as wide as the rear opening in the HHR, the only way to load it was to slide it in above my head angled down to the floor in the back. So I drove all the way home either slouched down like a "gangsta" or hunched over the wheel like "gramma"...

Stopped at 7-11 this morning and got a compliment on my SS. The guy thought the aftermarket wheels on it came stock from the factory.

Today, I’ll be installing a new serpentine belt and tensioner, replace front brake pads and rotors, both LCA’s , I’ll explain when I get the old stuff out , and wash up for lunch and take some photos of the old and the new parts.

The stainless 2 1/2 inch Gibson cat back system is (finally) in the house... Now I have to schedule with the shop for an install date.

I just looked at a couple of the parts, Man they do some nice welding. Better than the Magnaflow downpipe.

thats a lot of work, good luck with it. I just noticed that the po of mine used the steel lca's when he replaced them. I wonder if that matters?

I won't be able to do that... No video equipment and nowhere to post a video if I did.

I just hope it doesn't sound like "rice"
