What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
Letterman7. The rim this is around the hub bolt is a larger diameter then the earlier cars. They made this change in the 08 production run. I have a feeling this true across all of the Delta platforms. Also the SS is 4wheel disc brake the rest have rear drums.
Ah, ok. Didn't know about the hub issue.
Today.... I looked at it.
It's still at the shop. We are doing a 4 wheel alinement, shimming the right rear which is barely out... Most people would ignore it, it's very minor and I have let it go in the past, but this time I'm having it done... It's not a new issue, probably always been that way.
Other than that... she looks hot with those wheels, the Coopers and the drop is very noticable.

Nothing on mine today, I was servicing the mowers for their winters hibernation, all set, but likely 1 more mow to do, I waiting till after we get a freeze.
I learned something the hard way the factory alloys of a 2007 will not fit a 2009 or a 2010. So I now have a set of factory alloys if some one is interested. I will put them on the buy/sell board. Live and learn. I have a set of 17" factory alloys on the way. Oh well--------------------------
sleeper the center portion of the wheel opening is too small The diameter of the opening is larger on aster wheels. The bolt pattern is the same but the wheel will not fit flat on the drum.. If I had access to a machine shop with a big enough lathe it could probably be corrected. To have it done would probably cost more than I can get another set of wheels for.

Any of the factory HHR wheels should fit on any of the HHR line 06-11 (ex. some of the SS)
firemangeorge, they were off of an HHR, I got them out of the vehicle. The local Pick and save takes the wheels from the vehicle and put them in the trunk or back. I was back over there earlier this week and there was an 07 and a 10 sitting side by side and the diameter of the ring on the rear brake drum is larger on the 10 then the 07.
