Did the Oldblue OCD windshield wiper replacement procedure because I have the same issue. Glad I'm not alone.
Iv'e been told that I have CDO which is OCD but with the letters in alphabetic order.

I serviced mine today level II, Mobil 1 E.P. 5w-30 & of course checked rear drum brake adjustments.

Then the Mrs tried to bring her Mopar back in the garage,. The shifter got stuck. Then I saw the nylon bushing on the trans linkage arm was deteriorated. Thus the issue. (Go figure 10+ years & over 85K on the clock).
So I manually put it in gear & put it in the garage,..

You can't just buy just the .50 cent nylon bushing, they want to sell the complete shift cable, for like $70. @ Rock Auto...

I have a fix planned for it using stuff I have in stock. Should be better than factory, that's the the plan anyhow.. LOL For now it is drivable, but just a temp fix.

I did the wipe new to my headlights. looks great for now. lets see how long it lasts.

i also did my kia but i am not happy with those!!!

Installed that painted grille , now I can find the HHR in the mall parking lot!
