I got the new SS in the shop last night and removed the fake side ports, and the front license bracket. Added a couple of blind spot mirrors, and a new rear plate bezel. Now how to deal with the holes left by the front plate bracket...any suggestions.
I put some 3M vinyl carbon fibre on the shift knob and consoul. I have this on the other cars and it has held up fine for several years, interior and exterior.
Well done! We’ll need pictures of the hood sans ventiports.
Today we head north to Welfleet, Eastham, Turro and Provincetown.
it’s 66 degrees and sunny.
We just finished breakfast at the Fairway on hwy 6 in Eastham.
Wild turkeys roaming thru a lawn near Craigville Beach yesterday afternoon The BlackSwan outside our suite at The Cove in Orleans MA.

Mine got some good excersize today, Mrs & I just decided to aim the ride & drive. Of course we ran into an antique shop, so we had to stop & check it out.
Amazing the things you can't live without when you see them.. LOL
I did the same and drilled out the rivets for that license bracket on the new panel.
I ordered a Colgan bra for the front end, so I will be hiding my holes!

I have an Ace hardware near me.
In the isle for bolts/nuts and other type fasteners, they have plastic or nylon plugs of different sizes.
Something like small dart clips.
You could buy them and paint them red.
