Yeah, same concern here. I haven’t decided yet. Hate to put holes in the car, LOTS of surface area for tape, worst that can happen is it falls off... startling a following motorist, who slams on the brakes, causing a gasoline tanker to jackknifes, and dozens die a horrible fiery death...
Yowza...that got dark quickly. I understand why you call yourself PulpFiction now Mr Tarentino.
Today, a high of 42 F with a mix of sun and clouds, no snow or rain. But tomorrow is expected to be 48 F ! So, hoping to maybe put the snow blower away and give the BlackSwan and Blue Steel a wash and vacuum! After I get that glass insert changed.

Last I saw it was 73° before I hopped I'm the tub to clean off the junkyard. I kicked on the a/c on my way home and was happy to know it works great!
It's funny how we have home projects and want to do auto stuff first.
I kinda put off the home improvement project because of the Covid-19, but the stores are open and the main stream folks are thinking out doors improvement, decks, gardens and stuff. So far I’ve saved $180.00 with clearance items, and they were on our wanted to get lost last spring. But the rides need the salt and brine washed off ! The door window is about a 20 minute job, 90 ifI have to adjust the opening.
Going to take the HHR for a bath tomorrow :) and in a couple weeks get in KROWN Sprayed. :) Had my truck done yesterday ! Man my rear end looks nice and black now :) FYI I am talking about my trucks rear end lol
Have a nice day Stay Safe
I took a few hours this morning and installed the glass insert in our kitchen to deck door, it’s 2 inches wider but my trusty tin snips cut through the door sheet metal very easily. I decided against using a saw or grinder wheel or a cut off wheel, the door is a foam filled metal door and the sparks would have made a mess, so I thought, use the tin snips first, then the other devices if required.
The new frame now fits close to the door, the blinds are inside the glass panels The wider glass makes a high difference, I forgot to take any before photos I was concerned the door handle and deadbolt were gonna be in the way, they weren’t Nice to let the light in but not direct sunlight, the glass is UV blocking tinted
We then drove to a big box home improvement store to pick up a vanity and marble sink for our new downstairs bathroom
