Today a trip to physical therapy , then out to big box store to investigate dimensions of shower kit, seems there’s a clearance problem with the window and the roughed in drain.
Then we are going out for a coffee and a burger!

Nice, we turned 230,000 klms or 142,915 miles last night.

Today we figured out a solution for our bathroom project shower, always fun went the contractor just plunks them roughin drain 3 inches off , that will put the shower 1 1/2 inches in front of the window, so, we down sized from a 36 x 36 inch stall to a 32 x 32 inch stall , heck we probably won’t even use that shower, maybe if I’m cover in engine oil and grease and sweat from working on a car or gardening work, I can shower there. But around here a second bathroom adds 10 to 15 thousand dollars to your home equity, and it’s a tax credit on our income tax. So, we are building it, the framing starts on Monday morning, Electrical the next Monday and the plumbing the next Monday, then the finish painting lipstick and mascara after that. I’ve had this planned out since 2006, but after my heart attack that February, it’s been on hood.

Went in for an oil change and discovered a AC line leak.
It's the bottom line and being in AZ I have to get it fixed.
If it's not one thing it's another.
BUT, I still love Toughie.

Ordered AC line from Rockauto. Used discount code.
Last Genuine GM hose they had.
It was cold here in AZ yesterday (40 degrees, rainy) and gate lift struts failed to lift.
Rockauto here U come, again.

RockAuto has several choices for liftgate struts. Don't go for the the cheap, economy choice ones. I got some of the "better' ones for my SS. They open the liftgate better than the originals. (can't recall which brand I got)
FYI. The major parts stores around here wanted 2x the price of what RA wanted.

FMG, I don't do cheap.
It's not worth doing a job twice.
I have learned that lesson.
Thanks for the reminder.
