Our 94 octane fuel is at $1.56 CDN per litre, x 3.86 = $6.02 CDN plus 36 percent exchange to USF= $8.18 CDN to equal to your 1 gallon.

Today, we’ll be going to the big box store to pickup our taps, and some tap on screws to hold the stud walls to the concrete floor, I should be finished stud walls by tomorrow, yesterday was spent moving things around to clear the ceiling and centre the ceiling fan and light fixtures. I also had to figure out a few obstacles in the way of the vanity location. Always something!

I saw has today for $2.42 a gallon...cheapest I have seen it in weeks.

I got my tax appraisal notice on my house. They raised the value another $13,000 this year. There has been no improvements that they are aware of. And the improvements I am making aren't even completed! My county government is a bunch of crooks. 😤😤😤

I can’t wait for my fair market value appraisal, last time in 2015 it was $257,000.00 , in the last 3 months similar homes in my subdivision have sold for 590,000 to 610,000 just last weekend.

They use the appraisals to get more tax money. You are taxed based upon what they say it is worth.

Ronnie I really like those ceiling tiles , And the struts are easy to change w/a small screw driver ! And just add a tiny dab of grease on the ball and socket! Those mounting plates are not cheap :O
Gas here in Maine about $2.69 US a gallon regular
Waiting on the Canadian border to open so I can head up there to go fishing again :)

Thanks, I’m building an alcove wall , that’s where the vanity will be .

The wall is not fully studded , because the shower stall isn’t here yet, and I don’t know if it’s assembled and to big for the doorway.
