I got my tax appraisal notice on my house. They raised the value another $13,000 this year. There has been no improvements that they are aware of. And the improvements I am making aren't even completed! My county government is a bunch of crooks. 😤😤😤

 

I can’t wait for my fair market value appraisal, last time in 2015 it was $257,000.00 , in the last 3 months similar homes in my subdivision have sold for 590,000 to 610,000 just last weekend.

 

They use the appraisals to get more tax money. You are taxed based upon what they say it is worth.

 

Property taxes in 2017, $524.00
Property taxes in 2018, $548.00.
Property taxes in 2019, $984.00.
And all I did was a few improvements and upgrades.

That is for sure. Our E-10 reg 87 is about $2.47, But I use the 100% in my mowers & the HHR..
