I'm torn between getting a box built for it or just slapping a junk yard sub and box in on this tiny ppi 450w mono I have sitting on a shelf for a bit more bass and some lows. Tired of having my entire cargo area taken up. Trying to trade for a decent 10" but everyone just offers me store brand crap.
I wanted more bass but like you, I didn't want to mess up any of my cargo hauling ability. The powered sub listed in my signature gives me more than enough bass and takes up no room in the cargo area since it fits completely in the rear storage area. Not cheap but still cheaper than many sub/amp systems.

I have my amps on a shelf under the first lid so I cant put anything there. I don't think I would mind a small 8" ported box. It would be super easy to remove by myself too.

The ‘R24’ area was covered in oil before I wiped clean. And the oil in the 2 small niches behind the oil filter cap.

Gotcha. I’m going to get a four channel for the door speakers so I’m either going to get a small amp and mount it under the front passenger seat or maybe make a removable mount that fits tightly over the spare tire.

there is a ton of room behind the cargo area panels. But you couldn't adjust anything easily. I thought about mounting an amp or 2 in the rear windows or on the slanted plastic next to it. All my rear windows are blocked off so I don't use them. Under the seat works. Lots of room on both sides under the bars. Just be careful about rear passengers kicking the wires. Try to mount the amp with the rca's and other wires on the sides, not the back.

There is also some room next to the stock battery. I put a second battery there.

This is what I got now. Spare is behind passenger seat.

Today , after we confirm everyone has a negative Covid test, we roll to our Nieces house for a Christmas Eve dinner, traditionally we gathered at Sweetie’s Mom’s house , so I expect a few tears!
Sweetie will be double masked, just to be safe as she is on day 10 of her chemotherapy pills 💊.
As for the BlackSwan, I cleaned off 2”s of snow!

Today, not much.
Going over to sisters house as tomorrow she will be in Prescott.
My son should be there from Texas.
And we are having the rare rain shower.
'SISU' clocked 181k yesterday.

P.S. My NOS, 4 spoke, Cobalt steering wheel will be here today.
