How do you bore an engine block that’s still in the car ?
Dremel the tips off the bore tool up to the stone and be careful, this will lead to uneven wearing over time I am sure to some degree next time doing it by the book though it can be done, we have a shop here called GearHeads in Chicago-land and can rent a work bay station with lifter for $50 an hour though being my only car, went junkyard wars on it as did not want to drive it with whatever the @&$! Was going on with it which was a good call not to take it there cause it’s been like 10 hours also not having all the replacement pieces.
CAN be done though there is risk involved for sure like deep markings if go if tool catches shaft and what not which did happen some on one cylinder enough to say “Hey yeah that looks off”
there were many small things off on top of the MPH not going over 40 so parked it in the side lot and went at it in and out in of the house the past five days.
Plow drivers have no where else to angle the plow to. When I was a kid, I did some plowing in supermarket parking lot at night.. Don't miss those days.
Did the same with roof company winter hours did not make $$$ worth the work at all though it was shoveling by hand 100 homes north side every snow day. Will not miss it.

What about removing pistons & the cuttings from boring bar ? Then honing it as well..
Today we just went out for supplies and provisions for the cat, 🐈
the exhaust pipe heat shield just behind fuel tank has started to rattle, the weld at the bottom has broken loose. It can rattle till the weather warms up a bit.
Today I drove mine downtown to our big post office. My baby sister let me know she collects Santa's in an email.
So of course I had to find her something unique. I found Santa figurine on bended knee carving out the Nativity, in front of Christmas tree. Thomas Kinkade Original "True meaning of Christmas". She won't have that in her collection.. So got that mailed up north to her...
