i installed my tubular steel bumper, and test fitted the ZZP heat exchanger. just gotta weld on some mounting tabs, and trim the bumper a little more

 

Fills up that hole pretty good there lunchbox, looks spiffy and very mean!

 

Looks good, are you going to be trimming and altogether Eliminating that upper fill in piece thats usually black, that you painted to match your bumper?

Had my buddy put some tires on the hhr...Goodyear eagle gt. The affinity's still have some life left in them if anybody is interested. I can bring them to hillsdale? Will sell cheap

Took the rental back to Enterprise, and then headed to the tire shop with Boo Boo the '11, not the valve stem or a leaking wheel causing the soft tire, just a common nail...second one this year. Cranked up Paddy in the afternoon and went for a nice drive out in the boonies, I missed my HHR's.
