washing/claying/waxing/driving

Had a few thousand miles of New England dust, bugs & 4-wheeling dirt from up in Northern NH moose land

Going to pull bumper or just spray on car?

Pulling the bumper for sure. Your how to made it look easy. I am with you that I am afraid of overspray and/or missing something. Maybe if I had a garage to to this in, I would attempt to spray while they're still on the car. But the extra work will be worth it imo. The front and sides turned out great. Well off to work.

Finished with the big wash/dry/shine

Gotta deliver flyers for my friend's big 1st Annual Fort Devens Summer Roundup Car Show on July 31!

LOL - She looks a little more civilized in the driveway after a bath than crawling around in the North Woods

Today I just drove around and ran some errands. Only three days of having my pride and joy and just enjoying her. Was looking at my antenna and seen how much I hate the great big gigantic thing that is ugly, so prolly gonna trim it off a little bit or buy a stubby.

Wanting to find some LED lights to get rid of the incadesant bulbs to give it a little more gorgous look. Soon or later I'm gonna get some different rims. I honeslty don't like the stock.

Moday I have to take it into the dealer because I noticed a small oil leak and my oil pan has a flipping dint in it. Can't believe the dealer didn't see it before I left the lot. Oh well. Already have to give her a bath. Might do that next week on pay day.

Yep , Mikey, Stubby is usually the first (and inexpensive) mod most of us do -- the fishing pole has got to go!

I washed and detailed Sirius Blackie in prep for the Hooters car show. Going to be a scorcher, but my pink pins gotta sparkle ... Even put on the pink dice valve stems!

Hand cleaned the wheels, tire shine. Ran out of paper towels, so no cleaning of anything else today...

Sparkle is sleeping back home in Costa Mesa CA. in her cover until 7/25, while I visit Mom in Kalamazoo. I get to drive mom's 1985 Mercury Lynx with the massive 1.6 L engine and no 5th gear, even though I've tried to create one a couple of times.
