Today I begrudgingly took my clean and pristine ride out and drove to work in the rain. Been home the past day and a half unable to breathe (asthma and a congested chest DO NOT make good bedmates! 
). Still sick and with a tight chest here at the office. Told my staff not to mind my being "quiet" today and just make sure they get their jobs done...

To everyone who is feeling "under the weather".....get well and do what is necessary.
DaGrinch....sorry about "your buddy". My sympathies. It's amazing how much a pet can mean to someone. They, many times, provide comfort and companionship when no one else can.
I think I'll go wash my car (s)......it's 75 degees here
. But will change in a day or so and then much lower temps with rain (which you people in the east will see in about a week).

Bad day, I had to take my lovely wifey to the E.R. Been there all day since about 5:00 am.. She is being kept at least overnight. Hopefully not longer...
