You have done a lot better job with the language than I would have. I did not hear that the guy was loaded! I hope he was arrested. Hang in there bro, it will be better soon. Todd (Uma)

I wrecked it. Hit black ice on a bridge, grazed the left rear bumper on a van which turned me 70 degrees head on into a concrete bridge overpass. I could see it coming from 50 yards aways as the car just slid and I did everything I could to slow it from shifting into reverse and hitting the gas to get the wheels working in the opposite direction to cutting the wheel to pulling the e-brake. Was only going 30mph. Just how I wanted 2011 to end.

Yeah, I'm fine. Just really, really pissed. Not at anyone involved. It couldn't be avoided. Just the whole fact it happened and now, when ever I get it back I have to redo the mods to the front I had done all over again.
Going to try to get an HHR rental while it is being fixed. I atleast need someting like that. I play in a band an need a way to get my bass gear to and from practice and shows. A 2 door or econobox micro car will not cut the mustard.

Oh man Eric, another HHR falls to a bad circumstance, so glad you're OK. Make sure you push your insurance company and the body shop you choose to use only GM parts for the repairs.

As for an HHR rental, try Enterprise, they usually have them available in their fleet.

Keep us updated and take it easy OK.

Oh, it will be done at a Chevrolet Body shop and Enterprise is indeed who I intend to use. They work with our insurance, USAA.

Good to hear you've got those bases covered Eric, expect a wait for parts, GM is running low on things already.

As for me, I hopped past my other two on the way to the minivan, had the stitches out of my face this morning...not fun, not fun at all.
