Installed 300 watt Pioneer speakers in the front....sounds much better. The clarity is amazingly better than the muffled stockers.

FINALLY changed that lower control arms. These things get noisy when the bearings are out on them. Not to mention the whole flat tire fiasco. So glad to have that done.

Hobbled by them once again on the way to physical therapy in the gosh awful rental Nissan van, at least I finally found the well hidden traction control button on the slugmobile...now its just plain slow, not dangerously slow.

The good news is that my leg is slowly getting more bendable, might be able to drive one of the HHR's in a week or so...I hope.

Was poking around in the garage and found 2 silver tire stem caps and found the other pair on my postal bicycle...added them and made a couple of homemade stubby antennas to try out. Then I spotted hanging in a plastic bag tacked up by my license plate collection of past vehicles, a name plate bought at least 15 yrs ago. I bought it because of the script, name and probably in a sale bin, but seeing it I finally had an for a possibile name for the panel.........Lil Red "Lead Sled' ....and another future post on 'what did you do to your HHR today? Also used one of my free weekly car washes
for a year today.
