Going to try to buy the black one today, out of 791 hhr's listed in my area, it"s the only 2lt panel, so I will go try to buy it.

had my gmtu upgrade installed yesterday
I am sicker than a dog and not able to try it too much works awesome with a couple bugs I may have to bring it back for
from a dig (terminology for all you young folks) from a dead stop while I am trying to get some sort of traction boost comes up then drops off then comes right back.
all in all though I am thinking they are being very conservative with the 290hp estimate I am thinking that is more likely at the wheels.

Cool, the 2LT Panels are harder to find for sure.

Post pics when you get home with it.

I didn't go it's 100miles up there, and I can tell they want to steel my trade, so I'm stalling them.

I'd see what they'd do on a "cash no trade" basis, that forces a dealer's hand to reveal something close to the bottom line.

Yea I have a pocket full of that too, so I can play 4 square with them. I thought my old car was worth more, it was the last time I checked, I sure have taken good care of it, but it's time for it to go, they want so much to fix anything. I'm thinking I can sell it for ?????.
You know me it has 1200.00 worth or new tires on it

Been swapping around the intake configuration and thought I'd post up some impressions.

K&N drop-in with stock airbox: +5 to 7% fuel trim
Lid lift/no lid: +4 to 5%, +5 to 7*F
Dejon Intake: +17 to 20%, +9 to 12*F

When it is really hot out, you could run a sock puppet on your intake and not have too much difference in temp than any other configuration when you are rolling. There seems to be less difference between configurations as the air blowing on the intercooler gets hotter.

Honestly Sam, I'd park the Beemer on the front yard with a "For Sale" sign in the window, it should go pretty fast considering how nice it is.
