Call me crazy, but aren't those Pontiac Solstice rims? Your sig says you have Saturn Sky rims, but I just picked up a set of Sky rims last night and those ain't them. (They look good either way!)

I just read on another forum from someone that also plastidipped their wheels.

I had Plasti Dip on my wheels for winter, when the wheels heated up the stuff started to peel, then when it cooled down it rolled up. Rock chips can do damage in a heart beat. They say you must prep the surface really really well. Light coats like paint will almost stay permanently but heavy first coats will allow it to peel off easily.

I think they can have the same wheel. I've seen several different deisgns on both. These seems to be the most common design that was painted, polished, or chromed.

Doesn't really matter much and I'm definitely not trying to argue, but I've looked at a ton of Skys and Solstices and have never seen the Solstice rims like these on a Sky or vice versa (at least not from the factory). Page after page of Google image searches on the two seems to support this. I know size-wise they're interchangeable, but I can't imagine two different divisions would have shared a unique wheel like that between them. It's part of their individual branding. *shrug*

got to love them pontiac wheels.

Got my drill out and drilled 3 holes in the panel. Mounted my white loop spoiler, after I painted it black.

I don't know what kind of wheels they are but they look good. Maybe when you get tired of them you can let me know. We might be able to make some kind of a deal. Doesn't that plastic dip peel off pretty easy? I heard it did but have no personal experience with it except on tools(screwdrivers and the like).
