Today I gave mine a bath and got all the bugs off of it. The HHR is now nice and clean.

Sleeper- I'm hoping the windows stay in the car but won't be surprised if they don't..
Nice thing about this box was that I used almost every inch of one full sheet. My parts layout on the sheet looked like a jigsaw puzzle and home depot made every cut for me- all for free. Took the employee an hour on the saw, I tried to tip him for some nice work but he refused.

Put a few hours in late last night assembling the ports and glueing everything but the lid on. Can't wait to hear it now.

sick50ford-

Cool man..Shaping up Real nice !!! Home Depot is pretty good about that stuff.. I prefer to use my own skilsaw & measure once & cut twice...

I think I'll hear it over here in the S.East, when ya crank it up..

What's that a "Duc" in the background ?

Got to experience the broken sunroof windscreen clip today, yay! Got it closed within a couple minutes, now only using vent mode until I can get around to a permanent fix. Would rather replace the clip if possible than remove the screen and get a plastic deflector.

That's gotta be a great feeling. I got two more years on mine.

Anyway my wagon is enjoying sitting in the driveway as I drive the Mazda to work all week. Thinking its a little jealous.
