Thanks speedwagon I was looking at yours while I was waiting for it to dry, love the Xflags...

Been thinking about the rest of it Chef how do you like the black chrome, I have a set of those lights, and I can finish the car in it, mirrors, handles, beautybar, dark but still a little shiny ??? If I paint the reflectors flat black and stick the projectors with a gattling shroud, I think the panel would be right.

New speakers with homemade brackets

Put some new Kenwood speakers in today. I actually put them in last weekend but the round brackets from Crutchfield sucked. So, I made some at work. Used some 1/4 inch plastic sheet and machined them to fit the openings. Made some gaskets out of shipping foam sheet. Worked great and sound so much clearer than the factory ones. Who came up with that design? Don't break any door panel retainer clips either. Broke 3 and the dealer charged me $10.25 for 1 plastic clip! Really! $10.25!

You can upload yer pics to the Gallery here: https://www.chevyhhr.net/gallery/index.php

It would be your own file..(located on the upper toolbar on this site)..

Then post which pics you want in threads..

Back OT: Pulled my wheels, cleaned calipers/drums & inner rims, rotated tires, aired them + spare tire, & check battery...

I washed and detailed the wagon and installed my new cgs intake. Crossing my fingers that I don't run into the same problems with this one that I did with my K&N. it was a cold 40 degrees here in Atlanta so it made washing the wagon fun! I filled my bucket up inside with hot water so it actually wasn't bad.
