I gave up a 1997 Dodge Stratus that had 99k miles, it was costing to much to repair. I really do miss the leg room it had

I didn't have to give up anything, but i gave my wife's 1996 monte Carlo to a friend that needed it very badly. Bought my 06 HHR lt2 right b4 Christmas and haven't looked back since. Thinking about giving it to my wife and buying a newer HHR, possibly a SS......

Traded in my 02 ford ranger supercab 4x4. Nothing special about the truck but my son constantly wants me to get another truck. . Darn KY and the gotta have a truck mentality. I would still have it to be honest but I love driving and 20mpg highway on a good day meant it had to go. Purchased my hhr used and if I had another chance out of all the vehicles I tested on that lot, I would still be in this car.

The boy will probably get his way though and I will purchase a second vehicle..A truck!

My previous car was a 2000 chevy monte carlo SS (not supercharged) I loved the car when i got it, but i got it because my first truck was a gas guzzler and had to get rid of it.(1998 Chevy 1 ton dually with a 454) so i bought the monte in a hurry and regretted it from the beginning. about 8 months ago I started looking for another car, started looking at Eldorados, then it wnet to trucks, then I thought about just fixing the monte. But i started looking at HHR's because my dad said something about them. Then never looked at anything else, i knew the HHR was for me. But I gotta say I never knew that I would be 20 and driving a brand new fully loaded hhr (well not fully loaded, no sunroof or rear spoiler)

Ha ha...I hear ya! I wanted an HHR when they first came out, and even though mine isn't brand new, I can't believe that I have such a nice car for my age (which is also 20).

My last car was a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE. Car only had 48k but after nearly $2,500 in repairs covered by the dealer and 2 major accidents. I lost faith in the car and found my deal on the "baby burban"!! haven't regretted my purchase yet either.

What's KY have to do with it?
I gotta have a truck (or 5) and I'm in Mass.
Get out of the Metro areas and trucks rule.

2 Years ago:

2WD S10, 4X4 S10, 2WD Mighty Max, 4X4 Mighty Max, 4X4 Ram50 parts truck, can't see the wife's Mazda 626 or the in-law's ancient Volvo
It was looking kinda busy round here

I'm keeping my Mighty Max 4x4 for winter storms and playing in the mud.
I'm selling my 93 Eclipse GSX.
It's fast & fun but I won't miss wrenching on it 5x more than driving it.

Gave up my Caddy CTS for an HHR SS

I gave up my Moonstone (GM Color) 2005 Cadillac CTS 3.6L with 255hp, sunroof and black leather interior. My HHR SS with the ST1 is faster, but the Caddy was a really nice car to drive.

I replaced a 98 S-10 extended cab truck that has 151000 miles on it. V6 auto that still gets 21 MPG. I am keeping it around for my daughter that will start driving in 3 years.....love the my new little red wagon!
