General HHR Discuss anything related to the Chevy HHR that doesnt seem to fit into the more specific categories below.

What kind of car would you give up your HHR for?

Hands down, I'd gladly hand over the keys to my HHR SS for a Cadillac CTS-V.

Been considering for a year or more now either a 2008 or newer Z06 or a 2005/2006 Ford GT. That's about it. In the meantime saved as much as $1200 in insurance costs and $1000 in fuel savings. Question is how much more fun would they really be? Having driven both I am honestly not sure of the answer to that even though they are both super cool cars.

The wife and I have been mulling this over too. If we had to "buy" a new car (no fantasies about a straight trade for a new Camaro, real world, within the budget buying) we would have to buy another HHR. It would be pretty close to what we have now (2008 2.4l, auto, sun and sound package) maybe a different colour (though pleased with the dark silver) and the chrome package....I would want an aa5 option too. Perhaps a leather interior as the ebony cloth seats show everything.

I wouldn't mind getting into an HHR SS, but I would like to move into something a little bigger. I've been looking into 08-09 Equinox Sport. The Pontiac Torrent GXP is the same thing but the styling is a little off for me. 06-07 Saturn Vue Redline is almost the same. I would like to find one of those. If not, the defintely a Trailblazer SS!
