General HHR Discuss anything related to the Chevy HHR that doesnt seem to fit into the more specific categories below.

What kind of car would you give up your HHR for?

I thought the Yugo was Yugoslavian??? I remember one time back in '91 or'92 when I was in high school yet, we had went to the local dragstrip for what they used to call "the street nationals" and there was a Yugo that someone had built a tube chasis for and sticking out of where the hood should have been, lol, was a Big Block Chevy!! It was FUGLY, but at least they had the taste enough to choosed a Big Bowtie to push it down the track.

There was a Ford Dealer in Douglaston Long Island that at the time was giving away a FREE YUGO with every Truck purchase... The FREE YUGO sign was bigger than the car!

OK, I'll throw out a list of cars that I really have owned that I might consider getting rid of the HHR SS to have back:

1963 1/2 327 'vette
1967 Cougar 390 GT
1968 Cougar XR-7 302 4-speed
1965 Galaxie 500 hardtop 390 4-speed (with a bench seat!)
1966 Alfa Romeo Sprint Speciale (1 of 8 Alfas I've had)
1991 Mercedes 560SEL

What else have people owned in the past they wish they had kept?

A MINI Cooper S. Red with black roof/mirrors. 6 speed manual. Rooster red/black interior. Like this:

This is a JCW edition, but the S looks like it. I plan on getting a MINI in about 2 years.

1970 Pontiac Trans Am (70 1/2 version or Gen 2)
1967 Olds Cutlass 442 coupe
1967 Olds Cutlass 442 sedan (yes they did make a 2 door sedan)

I'm going to say my '72 Plymouth Duster here too, but there was very little that was from '72 or from Plymouth once I was done with it.
