Do you mean Traction Control? Isn't that what the current T/C button next to the foglight button does?

The HHR desperately needs pop out quarter windows to eliminate some of the air buffeting when you try to open the windows. Different speeds require different combinations of windows open to try to not get your ear drums blown out with the buffeting.
