I haven't looked through 67 pages yet lol so I hope nobody is using this already, but I just settled on a name this morning during breakfast lol I'm calling her Sunny D now. She's orange, has a sunroof, and looks like she belongs in California, so yeah Sunny D.

HHR is named "PUFNSTUF"

It's been often said that men choose names for boats and ships, while women give names to automobiles. In the case of our 2008 Sunburst HHR 2LT, my wife was the one who named it within a few days of ownership. Perhaps not everyone on the forum remembers the children's television series "H.R. Pufnstuf," but my wife and I belong to the generation that haven't forgotten. By associating "HHR" with the main character of the aforementioned show, one thing led to another and our sweet ride became known as "Pufnstuf," or "Puf" for short.
In Washington State, vanity license plates can contain up to 7 characters, so we applied for (and received) a plate that reads PUFNSTF. Strangely enough, while my wife was shopping at the local Home Depot, she spotted another HHR in the parking lot with the plate "PFNSTUF." The car was in motion, so she couldn't chat with the owner - perhaps another day.
Would be interested to know if any other forum members have a Pufnstuf in their household?
Regards,
Todd
