Just type in the part # 15813307, 15813308, 21992589.

Is that everything you need? Have you check to see what it would cost to flash the computer?

You need to make a harness from the under hood fuse box to the fogs, the relay & fuse are there. There is a post in the HOW TO that shows what to do here is the site https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-tutorial-library-21/do-yourself-factory-fogs-637/
Also the part in the post that says the LS BCM will not take the fog lamp flash is BS--T all the BCM's are the same part #! The plugs for the lamps take a little to find I will thy to get the part # for you. I got some at the junk yard off a GM cre with driving lights Shop around for the flash it takes about 15min. to do but most dealers want a hr. labor
