I have noticed in the pictures of the HHRss that the window switches were moved from the center console to the front doors.

Anybody know if these pictures are of a production car or just a prototype? If those are real parts I would seriously consider making that change to my HHR, that is one big thing I didn't like about the car was the placement of those switches.

Switches are moved to the door for the SS, due to the shifter being moved a bit forward.

You'll learn to like the window switches where they are. I haven't replaced a window motor yet. By the 18-month mark, I had already replaced two in Fords with the window switches on the door.
