I Have The Stick On Type.the Salesman At The Dealer Let Me Buy Any Add On's For My Hhr On His Account,so I Got An Additional Twenty Percent Off On Them ,the Exhaust Tip,and The Better Floor Mats. I See No Problem With The Stick On With Todays Advancements In Adhesives.they Will Adhere Forever, and Can Be Removed,if Necessary, with The Propper Solvent Without Any Damage To The Paint.

This is one of the items my wife is definitly wanting for her HHR, we've put the in-channel visors on just about every car we've owned and love them. I had the stick ons when i had my lowered astro van but in channels are the way to go for me.

They have nothing in the works to fix this problem with the in channel. If you find one elsewhere please let me know.
Not true, at least not anymore: The Weatherflector in-channels cover the entire rear window. There is a chamfer cut around the bar that seperates the two pieces of glass. the rear edge fits under the rubber just like the leading edge does.

I oredered in-channel because I liked the overall look better, the covering the entire rear window was a surprise to me up until about 30 minutes ago; I just got home tonite and quickly installed them. SO this feature was like a bonus to me. The rears do rely on a tiny bit of adhesive in the cahnnel, the fronts use none. Also, the front goes all the way down to the windowsill.

I hope I described this right. Photos to come whenI have time and daylight. In the meantime, if anyone else can post pics of the Weatherflectors, that would be great. I opted for the dark smoke.

Hello Crazy Bob, You`re the first person to get the in-channel vents that go all the way ( to my knowledge ). You must show pics.
The # 5535, is that your assembly #. if so where did you find it/out?

Well, I searched weatherflectors and it looks like they are made by weathertech. I called weathertech and asked and I'm still not sure because I don't think the lady understood what I was talking about . I really want the whole rear window covered so if these are in-channel and do cover the entire rear window that would be awesome!

Sounds like what you're looking for would be some kind of hybrid inchannel/stick on, as there is no channel for the little window. It would be something I would be willing to check out also.

Sounds like crazybob found em, we just need to make sure they're what we're thinking and where he got them from.
