First time owning a first model year car. First real economical car I've ever owned. First car I could probably fit in the back of a pick up truck

Been thinkin' about that one......we need a big truck now to pick up parts from vendors. I'm going to make sure it's big enough to haul the HHR inside so I can go to some of these long-distance runs and have a clean car when I arrive!

Of course, there's always SEMA 2007 too - we hope to have a project car for that next year.

i wish chevy would come out with a retro fit kit to move the switches back to the doors where they belong. can't be that hard to do.

I couldn't help but really laugh out loud on that one. Probably because you said what just about everyone else is thinking. They should've moved the sideview mirrors switch down there if they wanted something in the middle so badly. Can't tell ya' how many times I hit the switch and move the mirrors by accident.
