2009 HHR Turbo Production on Hold
I dont have this problem with mine, becasue I am driving a Cobalt while mine is in the shop with the front suspension being replaced along with tires!!!! Brakes? Well I have 7K on mine and didnt have an issue (with that) but I DID crank 110 miles on it everyday.. when it was in my driveway.
Somebody smell lemons??

When my salesman pulled the SS up for me to test drive, I saw him pull forward back and forth. He said the brakes felt "soft" By the time I drove it, there was no issue. But this definitely concerns me.
It might be an engine/brake booster deal where the power brakes draw power from the engine’s vacuum. The engine might vent too much and not generate enough vacuum during warm up and you have theoretically manual brakes until the vacuum is pumped up. (Just thinking out loud, because I remember my manual brakes were a bear)

checked with Brian Brown at GM said and I quote"No. We are building. Production has been very low as we are doing start up. We did have about a 10 day delay due to some spec problems, but we have resolved that."
