Concerns:
1. High quality automated robot welds
2. Nice rumble, but not loud. NO resonation or drone. Not ricey.
3. Mandrel bends
4. If kit is multi-section: Slip fit pipes with stainless steel band clamps
5. Factory exhaust hanger positions and provisions
6. Slight improvement in power, but no outrageously high expectations
7. Large polished round stainless steel rolled muffler tip, similar to the factory SS
8. Equivalent or less weight than the stock exhaust
9. Bolt-in, no cutting or welding
10. Proximity of tubing to underside body: no touching or rubbing under any normal condition
11. Same or better ground clearance as factory exhaust

Cost:
1. 650 or less

Material:
1. T-304 stainless steel tubing
2. T-304 stainless steel muffler (interior and exterior) - polished exterior
3. If clamps required: Stainless steel band clamps

Coatings: None

Warranty:
1. Lifetime on materials and workmanship
x2.

In addition, I don't want it to sound like my butt a couple hours after eating Taco Bell

Lets hear it!

Since you have one of Andys systems on your SS, a better selling point would be pictures and a sound bite?? No pictures, no sound makes it hard to be interested.

Pics would be cool, but sound is kind of useless here. No way the HHR will ever sound like a TBSS. However, if you are just talking about the sound quality and know a good sounding V8 exhaust from a bad one, it would make sense.

ask and you shall receive.....

my exhaust was done in about 6 or 7 different stages....the current setup is something i dreamed up to use a dual inlet muffler with a single outlet to tie into the catback i had.....i had SW headers with a cated y-pipe to a 3.5" SW catback that was rediculously loud hence my plan to change it....andy was WAY TOO busy at the time so a muffler shop got the call....we used aluminized 3" from the headers catless to the dual 3" inlet magnaflow and we tied it to the 3.5" SW tubing over the axle to a 3.5" magnaflow race muffler for a resonator.....

then i got a deal on a LS7 stroked and bored to 441ci at which time andy had me upgrade to 1 7/8" Kooks headers and he redid the entire exhaust system to center it and square it under the truck, we upgraded to 1 7/8" Kooks headers that andy tied into the aluminized pipes and he replaced the collectors with his 1/2" thick collectors.....the truck is dead quiet on the track.....i love it, it is silent but deadly......with the 100 shot it puts down 617/661 i had gearing and tire height issues that limited me to 120 trap speeds but the gearing has been corrected but DAMN!!! as you can see in the video my leg went out...... i had ACL reconstruction from an injury i sustained at work and have not been able to return to the track to run those 10's.......

here's an exhasut vid of the truck.....

here's a vid of the truck on the track......

andy now orders the entire setup in stainless steal from the headers back with the same 2 magnaflow mufflers, he has done 2 more TBSS's with this exact setup that is 100% ADM welds and work and 1 more goes up on the rack in a couple weeks for the stroker and exhaust treatments......

andy may have CLEANER pics of the other 2 trucks he has done with full stainless steel and 100% TIG welds.....dudes welds are artwork....you can't appreciate the welds without seeing them with your own eyes......just beautiful.....

We make them in house(Only the prototype stuff, cnc plasma). The production stuff will be waterjet cut.

Drawings are all done,I sent some pipes to have digitized and made for a short test run, will be working with our own custom packed muffler for that perfect sound and performance.

Will keep you guys posted.

We will be the first to have Magnaflow HHR SS complete kits, already placed the order with my Rep and will have these before our stuff becomes available.
