You got a price locked in, right? Salesman whom I bought my '07 1LT from, told me yesterday that "pricing wasn't even out yet" on 2009 HHR SS, and although they are allocated some 2009's, they cannot do anything yet on ordering one.

Do I need to find another dealer?

 

I had confirmation from two different dealers, last week, that prices where available. AND when I ordered mine I worked with the Sales Rep on the GM system to pick the options I wanted, prices were readily visible to us both. Only option we couldn't order was the UAF Reconfigurable Performance Display. Yes my pricing is locked in, can't go high but could be reduced if there is a reduction in anything prior to delivery.

 

I need to find another dealer then because if they're this much off their game, it could be a bad sign. Thx for the info.

pricing is out but it is not in the computer that they use to order... my dealer
could only give me $100 over invoice?? whenever he gets the pricing. They have started production as of June 23 so pricing should be out shortly

 

I just got a notification from my dealer that my 09 is here. I pick it up on Saturday. My prices were locked in on June 15th.

 

Holy h^ll, if that's the deal you're buying it at, $100 over invoice for a custom ordered '09, that is an incredible deal. Who is your dealer and how far away from Indiana?

Again, I sat with the dealer and selected my options based on 09 pricing on the GM (Canada) system, except for the UAF option which was not listed (i.e. currently unavailable) otherwise the option listing on the system matched up with the listing Tingle sent me previously. The other dealer I was working with also called to confirm that he had 09 pricing - again maybe this is unique to Canada but that would be unique. Either way, doesn't hurt to try another source (dealer).

My pricing was also $100 over the dealer invoice with my employee discount (brothers worked for GM) for a factory order (different pricing if I choose a vehicle off the lot).

 

Your 09 is available already? Outstanding, ETA for mine is (gulp) October.
