Well just got confirmation from Brian Brown...HHR SS built and on its way to the dealership...
Eric,

We could not change the seat as the vehicle was to far down the production line. You can reorder a unit.

Your current HHR SS is built and will start shipping this week

Well my unit is here. They have been trying to call me but I have been down with a bad cold. I just spoke to my buddy at the dealership and he is working up the numbers. If I have enought energy I can get it today.

Congrats! Tell them that since you are a little under the weather, your buddy Jeff will be down to pick it up for you! If I leave Ohio now, maybe I could be there before close of business thursday! I'll be sure to break it in properly for you...WFO! Hope you're feeling better later so you can pick it up & post pics!

Ok, officially GM shows the car delivered to me, however, due to being sick and the fact they are not able to verify if I get 1500 rebate I am going to pick it up tomorrow. I live on the east side of Mesa and the dealer is Sands on the west side of Glendale. It gives me a headache just to think about it.

Actually I forgot the the Fiesta Bowl is tonight and it is being played very close to the dealer so I am glad I didn't go.

Hey c2Vette...your car's Build date was the adoption date of my 06 LT.

I brought it home at 7:00pm on New year's Eve...
let me tell you...I had to be at work at 5:30am on New year's day...60 miles away from home.

what a sweet "first commute" it was.

anyway...congrats to all the new proud ParentSS(get it...Parents...with two S's haha).
