I don't miss anything....because I haven't sold anything!!!

The truck should be coming out in a month or so, and I could use some of that V8 power! (Until I see the gas gauge!)

I have owned from a big block to the ecotech turbo and I never wanted a 4 cylinder anything with FWD but today I love my SS.

I have driven or owned most kinds of Muscle cars from Old tri power GTO's, Chevelle SS, Mustang Boss to Callaway Corvette and I can't say I am disapointed in the HHR in any way performance wise. It could have a little more power but the Stage kit is on order But I would say that about any car.

The only car that still holds my attention is the AWD 32 Ford we have at work with AWD and 650 HP of Lingenfelter small block. 0-60 in just over 3 sec. Hard to top that with many cars.

The bottom line is the SS is the best practical daily driver you can have and still have fun driving and haul in more ways than one.

I have owned way too many cars in my life.... I'll give you the reader's digest version. The hiearchy goes as follows (keeping in mind this only goes back 2.5 years): Traded my 1996 M-Edition MX-6 in on a 2001 GMC Denali. YAY 6.0L. I will admit nothing I have owned up to date has more grunt than that 6.0 V8 but unfortunately for me it turned out to be a pile so after owning that for not even a month, traded that in on a 2005 Z71 Silverado. This one only had the 5.3 but it was a single cab w/ 4:10 gears. I have found it is entirely impossible for me to own a vehicle over a month or two without doing anything to it.... so in went a 4L80 trans, headers, full 3" ss exhaust etc... basic bolt ons. I honestly had no idea you could have fun in a truck w/ out leaving the pavement but damn.... AAAANYWHO.... that got old when gas cost me $150 a week so bye bye truck, enter my baby, my current 2008 Silverstone SS....

So far:

GMRC V-Tune
Hahn IC/ IC piping on order as of last night : )

I wont trade my HHR in on anything. Ever.

I have three vehicles that couldn't be any different (2.0, 3.8, 5.3), so if I ever get bored I just switch. I took the SS to work this morning and I'm still loving it!

I miss lighting up the tires at 70mph in my old Z28. But it was getting to be annoying when trying to drive it daily. I had to just let the car roll because if I got on it, every cop in phoenix would know where I was. Couldn't start it up in the morning to go to work without waking up the neighbors. Yes I miss it but I had no time for it. I will have another LSX vehicle later on.

If I need a fresh dose of V-8......I just hop in my LSX powered '35 Ford sedan and go for it.

The sedan is almost as fast as my upgraded HHR SS.

Never owned a V8, and the largest V-6 I owned was a 4.3 in my old Blazer. I don't miss it one bit. Especially after the stage kit, the SS has plenty of zip adn doesn't even seem to be working that hard unless I want to take off quick.

I have had many V8s back in the 70's and 80's, and I can tell you that the LNF with the stage kits has more power than most of them did!
