I'm having a problem where if I accelerate hard, I lose all boost like the Wastegate hangs open, problem goes away after turning the car off and back on. Then under hard acceleration it comes back. Had codes checked the other day can't remember the numbers but
It was an air intake temp code
An o2 delayed reading code
And a code for the non working barometer
Any suggestions on a fix? Before I replace everything for no reason, I just got the car last week so I'm uncertain of any aftermarket all I know is it has the ZZP cold air intake,
Any help would be appreciated
Got to have the actual code numbers (no descriptions) for us to try and help.
Stating the year model, mileage and any mods like the GMTU Stage 1 or aftermarket tune would help also.

Alright thanks I appreciate it, how would one find if it has gmst1 or a tune? I'm fairly unfamiliar with these cars
Oh and it's a 2010 SS with 140k
If it has the blue labeled Bosch sensor like the pic below (red circle), then it most likely will have the GMTU(GM Turbo Upgrade) or the Stage 1 has it's commonly called. If the sensor on yours is just plain with no label then it's most likely stock.
Trying to tell if it has an aftermarket tune can be tricky without scanning it to see if one is there. Generally a stock SS will only hit around 14-17 lbs boost. "Tuned" cars the boost will be 5-10 lbs higher.
(will be hard for you to tell because of your boost issue)
Thanks for the input and the column thing makes sense I noticed when I bought the car that the instrument cluster lens was cracked it wasn't until three days after i got t the car that I noticed the electrical tape over the CEL location
The C0460 and U2143 are both history codes that have not recurred so either disconnecting the battery or 100 key cycles should clear them. They are not causing problems that you describe.
One of the MAP sensors is malfunctioning; probably because a wire is compromised.
Since you have GMTU that means the splices may be bad or the lower TMAP did not get rotatyed and it is banging into the AC compressor.
Somebody messed with your steering column that didn't know what they were doing. It needs to be calibrated.
X2!!!!!! Mine was notorious for it until the fix and never happened again. Some GM Techs wouldn't listen until they thought they would lose their mind trying to figure it out. IT was all that easy.
