Coming Soon Fram SS Air Filter?

I have gotten into the habit of asking at parts stores for an SS filter. Their lookup screen usually only shows the K&N filter. But yesterday at Advance Auto, and today at Autozone, they both had a Fram CA10692 listed, but marked "not available".

Look here:

http://www.framcatalog.com/PartDetai...b=F&pn=CA10692

Anyone have an idea when this will be available?

Note they have a competitor's part number list on that page.

I understand fram quality has went down hill in recent years. I used everything fram year ago when it was top notch stuff. Now use OEM or K&N

Just call NAPA before you go they probably don't stock it. Have a K&N but my SS doesn't like it. Throws a code then limp home mode.
