thanks for the info....great price, I came up with $22916.24 with the incentives and GM supplier pricing on the same MSRP of $25,930 just like yours, so it seems there is room for another $900 dealer discount in there somewhere this should help me out, again, appreciate the info...

just remember that my price did not include taxes and other DMV costs that i will have to pay in my home state when i register the car.

Just finished my deal. Didnt get the supplier discount but I did ask. No luck on that one. Headed for a 5 hr trip to get mine. Black with ebony interior. no rails but everything else, 5 spd w LSD and sport seat, sunroof, all airbags, XM 6 disc. $23,000

Flew into Newark yesterday and picked up the new black SS, and drove it home to N CArolina. i'd post some pictures if i new how !

Moosehead, did your auto actually come with the LSD?? I have read in e few post on the SS topic that the auto did not have this option. Let us know. Thanks

The automatic comes with a launch control that is actually turning off the traction control. This allows both front wheels to pull evenly. With it on the torque switches from one wheel to the other making it a handful to control. There are no other drivetrain choices available for the automatic.
