Damage to intercooler after hitting a deer??

Yep I think that's the clue the clue that I will give the repair shop.
I hope the repair parts are available.

I don't know if that would cause the manifold vacuum to be that low...

The ZZP intercooler is usually cheaper than the GM.

Well I finally got my SS back from Blossom Chevrolet Collision center.
Like most dealings with dealers, they don't listen to the customer.
I told them that they would need to replace the intercooler, and because of the damage it was showing a P0101 code, and no boost.
So they put in a new mass air sensor.As you know that didn't fix anything..so they finally inspected the intercooler.
They called and said Ghee, the intercooler need replaced.
The bad news was it was on back order from GM
I told them to check Rock Auto. So two days later they had an intercooler. ( I didn't ask where it came from )
FYI the change for the intercooler was $483.73

Man its good to have it back..
