Yeah.. I suppose it you have a lighter color car.. I'm thinking black so it would tend to blend better....( Mine is BLK so I'm slightly biased )

yep Black would blend in a lot better, far less noticable than on mine.

The engine has a single bank of cylinders, and a single turbo... dual exhausts are useless and only serve to add weight to the vehicle. It may look "cool" to some... but I'd rather not have the extra 50lbs of piping, muffler, and etc.

Yep, agree - looks is my only objective. Not running at the track and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't notice the reduction in acceleration.

Is this front fascia compatible with the SS intercooler? this might only be for the normally aspirated HHRS

The intercooler hangs low so will be OK.The radiator and AC condenser might suffer though unless shrouded correctly.

WRT _physical_ fitment, it might be an issue. The SS is longer on the nose specifically to accommodate the IC.

While often true, that's a very simplistic statement about a very complex subject. Your statement disregards the implications of exhaust pulse, scavenging, Kadenacy effect, etc.

Also, if you've peeked under the HHR, you'll know there's no place to easily hang a second muffler... so the work here is really just tapping a "Y" after the muffler (which is a pretty tight squeeze in itself on the stock muffler), and so we're talking about 4-5# of additional material... which could easily be offset by skipping a few super-size triple Whopper combo meals.

Oh, and full disclosure... I have a much-engineered dual outlet exhaust on my HHR SS.
