Does anybody else find the headroom in the HHR SS a little snug?

I'm not gonna, I'm just saying if I "had " to have one. I never liked the fact that the seal shows abouve the rood, and that the installer is just chopping out a hole, probably without even painting the rough edge. I vote however, is for the factory to offer that style to give us back that room.

One thing some guys don't think of though, is although it might fit "that" 6'3" guy, it might not fit another 6'0 guy because there is so much difference between peoples leg length, and body trunk length. My wife is 5"10, but has the seat back 3 inches from my 6'0" position, because her legs are so long. My son, the same way, he is 6'3" and looks like a little guy driving, until he folds his big butt out of the car.

Does anybody know what the actual headroom measurement is for an HHR SS with a sunroof?
I have no problems in my '06 HHR, and I am 6'2"...my power driver's seat is as low as it goes, and the seatback is reclined, but that is just how I like to drive. I have a good 1/2 - full foot of headroom...guess it just depends on how you are comfortable behind the wheel.

I'm 6'2" and I've never fit in any car with a sunroof. My non-sunroof SS has lots of head room.

I'm 6-1 (and because some members have indicated "body build" as a consideration....I wear 34 length pants) and have no problem with headroom in my 2006 with a sun-roof.

But, an explanation was given to me when I first purchased the car. It's not how low you set the seat, it's how you adjust ALL the positions...up, down, forward, backward, tilt back, tilt forward, etc. etc.

That seems to work. I know when I adjust the seat down all the way and then make other adjustments to allow for comfort....the headroom disappears.

6'3. It's a little snug, and only problem if I spike my hair a little or if I were to stretch out. I find the side door to be a little more snug then wanted and the center console a bit too close for leg room.

I do have mine with the sunroof.

I'm 6'8" and my sunroof equipped '08 is a bit on the snug side. I don't mind it tho, and drive it comfortably on a 100 mi round trip commute. Made an equally comfortable 6 hour trip down state w/ no problems. Gotta have that cruise tho-
Like Snoopy said it's all in how you adjust the the seat. Once it's set it's fine.
Vinny's right, it's the price we pay. I like sporty small cars and put up with (to a point) the reduced room. I did try to fit in a Solstice and once I jammed my legs in there I found I was too tall to see out the side window.
