re

not relevant to the HHR but...

i used to run Nitto's on my TA WS6 and i liked them...wore well, hooked good and weather friendly ( as much as a DR can be)

i tried BFG ( not weather friendy, spun too easy)

i tried Mickey Thompson ( hooked really good espescially at the strip, didnt wear all that great, more air pressure sensitive than the other two)

for what its worth - i found the nittos to work the best for me on that car - although their sizing was sort of weird - they seemed smaller even in the same size

Got nittos NT05R on the camaro and hook great also street friendly. Had Mickeys T but like 08bowtie said they hook great at the track but wear out pretty fast. What are your mods?

Hey thanks Man,on a mustang dyno we got it right around 430 whp with a heads/cam setup. It's hopefully low 11 high 10 car but do the rearend(10bolt) can't go to track until I get a mwc 9".

re

hijack anyways...^^^ nice rob!!

my TA pulled 310 out of the box (A4) - with all the bolt on's and heads/cam 410 - then the rear stopped the fun

you need a moser in that rocket brother - no reason to stop at 430

back to regular scheduled programing.........

Just get a set of 16's off a cobalt or hhr, and either BF or MicT's will fit. Anything over the 16's and you get fitment problems. don't be suprised if you twist a shaft though. Wheel hop is an issue with anything bigger than the 18's with shoes, as well. Also, you would want some adjustable turn-buckle style traction bars from the body to lower a-arm.(just don't leave 'em on for DD, one speed bump and you'll bend the **** out of 'em)

255/50/16's look and fit nice
