in the excitement of getting your new SS...

dont forget to push down on all your fuses.

i dunno if this issue was ever addressed but apparently its a good idea to check in new HHR's even SS models.

I did check mine when I first went under the hood when I got home, ( just for a peek). Every fuse in the box needed to be pushed in firmly, every one.

I think that was some BS that Mike came up with. When I checked mine (March 06) they were fully seated.

Nope! Sounds as if someone at the dealer you bought your's from may have been given a heads up about those "loose fuses".

I still check mine twice yearly and find that they all loosen up. Weather or not it's an actual problem that affects anything........ I'll still keep checking and pressing. At least until the myth is proven "busted" by Snopes or Jamie and Adam..........The Mythbusters!!!

its not BS. search the early threads on this site, there has been a known issue with loose fuses on HHRs since the early days and as far as i know, it's still an issue...
